El taller «Los límites que nos impulsan» tiene una finalidad claramente social. Esta propuesta promueve la participación real a través de la inclusión, la aceptación de la diversidad en todas sus formas y la puesta en valor de la capacidad resiliente de las personas. Este taller está diseñado para empoderar a los/as participantes a través de la danza y la expresión corporal, como una poderosa herramienta de transformación social y autoconocimiento, fomentando el desarrollo de las potencialidades individuales y sociales de cada uno/a de los/as asistentes.

The proposal promotes a space where limits are not seen as obstacles, but as engines that drive us to grow and find new forms of expression and non-verbal communication. We will learn to use the body as a means to externalize feelings, emotions, ideas and thoughts, even in the absence of verbal language. This workshop is inclusive and open to people of all abilities, with and without diversity, who will find in dance a vehicle for self-expression and connection with others.

This workshop is aimed at people of all ages and abilities, with or without functional diversity, who are interested in dance and the exploration of the body as a means of expression and self-knowledge. It is also contemplated its realization in various formats; children in the early stages of education or early care, children and their families, adults with and without diversity, groups at risk of social exclusion.

- Promote body and emotional self-awareness, developing self-confidence and a positive valuation of one's own body and its possibilities.
- To foster an inclusive environment where differences are celebrated as a source of richness and shared learning.
- To explore the body as a means of expression, developing intrapersonal and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to externalize emotions and ideas through movement.
- To learn to identify and use personal and collective limits as sources of creativity and growth, promoting a positive and constructive attitude towards challenges.
- Encourage the creation of meaningful bonds among participants, promoting cooperation and mutual support within the group.
- To stimulate the imagination, the capacity for improvisation and artistic creation, using diverse languages such as musical, plastic, dramatic and literary to enrich corporal expression.
- To involve families in the practice of dance, promoting joint participation in artistic activities that strengthen relationships and discover new family roles.

The workshop will be developed through practical activities that integrate dance, improvisation, play, physical contact and the use of voice and scenographic elements. Participants will explore their own abilities and limits, and work collaboratively with others to create an inclusive and enriching learning space. The methodology will be flexible and adaptive, allowing each person to participate according to their possibilities and desires, in an environment that promotes trust, respect and creativity.
