Sensory improvisation + repertoire
The Sensory Improvisation classes focus on a fundamentally physical investigation, based on rich imagery, physical sensations and deep listening to the body. Patterns of information during the class are added in layers, forming a multi-sensory and physically challenging experience.
The improvisational nature of such exploration allows each participant to find a personal and deep connection with their body in movement, while stimulating the senses and imagination. Participants increase their proprioception, their awareness of their own habits and improve their efficiency of movement within specific patterns.

Objective of the workshop:
These types of classes invite us to awaken more awareness and connection with our bodies in movement and transformation. This work has a very positive impact on the health and mood of the participants we have had to date. It is another of our focuses as artists to continue sharing and offering the public transformative experiences through dance in the studio and on stage.
